allspars manager, Andy Postle, has been racing dinghies since the mid 70's and has been successful in many classes over the last 25 years. Lady Luck has eluded with second place finishes in the Osprey, Micro Multihull and Boss National Championships along with top tens finishes in the Fireball, Iso, Tornado and International 14 Classes.

allspars has accurate records of Rig Settings and Rigging Lengths. We offer advice in setting up the whole boat, not just the rig, and a speedy replacement service. We work closely with all major suppliers, so we can offer the fastest mast in any given class.

We race dinghies and know how to get the best out of a mast/sail combination, whether it be for an Optimist or a Mirror, through all the older conventional classes up to the latest high performance Asymmetric classes. We carry large stocks of masts, booms, poles, spares and accessories for immediate despatch.

allspars manufacture custom dinghy masts for Selden Masts (formerly Proctor) in our Plymouth workshops. Delivery is usually possible within two weeks of order.

allspars are also one of a group of local companies that sponsor the fleet of Laser II dinghies at the Saltash Sailing Club, which helps a lot of youngsters get afloat; indeed the "allspars" Laser II was loaned to the University of Plymouth Sailing Club for the recent British Universities Sailing Championships held in Plymouth.

allspars was also one of the three main sponsors for British Universities Sailing Championships, which allowed the University to host one of the largest events in its' history. The Plymouth Team did very well finishing 3rd overall.
