NEXUS MARINE APPOINTS Allspars Ltd as UK DISTRIBUTOR

A partnership that makes ‘sound commercial common sense’

With businesses in all markets facing unprecedented times as the world economy is in the throes of a nose dive, it is heartening to report a good news story from the Swedish-based company Nexus Marine AB, a global player in the manufacture and distribution of marine navigation products for the yacht cruising and racing fraternity.

Nexus has just signed up a new distributor in the UK – Allspars Ltd. European Sales manager at Nexus Marine, Jonas Magnér, comments that the new partnership makes “absolute sound commercial common sense for Nexus and we are delighted to have the synergistic team at Allspars on board with us”

Allspars, Plymouth based and headed by Andy Postle, already distributing Spinlock, Sailtec, Navtec, Karver, Tuff luff and Seldén amongst other brands focused on the sailing sector, will add the Nexus brand to further strengthen the product portfolio.

Allspars is taking over the distribution of Nexus from XM Yachting, effectively as of January 1^st 2010, and will be displaying the full range of Nexus products at the London Boat Show 2010 at Excel on stand number N019G
