Whilst out sailing on the Ker 39 "Maridadi" some of the allspars staff were fed up with their spinnaker tweaker blocks constantly breaking - they took it upon themselves to come up with a new design - and here it is:

Using a Karver KBO4 block lashed to a size 1 thimble we have a block which will take an 8mm line with a SWL of 400kg and a weight of only 32g, making it not only stronger but also lighter than its nearest competitor.

A second size block has also been designed to take spinnaker sheets witha diamater of up to 10mm - this will use the Karver KBO6 block which has a SWL of 600kg, and a weight of 51g. These will both be available from the allspars shop in the coming days, prices are as follows:
