ANDY POSTLE

The founder of allspars in 1997, Andy has been yacht rigging for 25 years. When not working he can be found either at the front of the fleet racing his classic 6 metre or playing on his B14. What Andy does not know about rigging is not worth knowing!

DAVE BARDEN

Dave, co-director and production manager has many years sailing experience in mini transats, MOCRA multihulls & class 40�s. Dave has been with allspars for 10 years and has built up an impressive knowledge during this time.

LISA POSTLE

Is a director and responsible for the purchase ledger.

SONIA VENTON

Is in charge of the sales ledger department

NEALE BOYNS

Is the man you are most likely to speak to when you call us. Neale has spent his entire working life on boats from dinghies to large charter yachts.

JON PEGG

Jon is our Trade account manager, he has been sailing & involved in boats for most of his life, initially in dinghies moving on to a wide variety of race boats, giving him a comprehensive all round knowledge.

JAMES HARRIS

The newest member of the allspars team, James joined us to support Nexus and Silva. An experienced navigator with over 50,000 miles under his belt, James loves racing on boats of all sizes
